Our interview and onboarding process is designed to make the transition as painless as possible.
We begin by familiarizing ourselves with a brief history of your business, the current state of operations, and any pain points or challenges you are facing. We then schedule an initial 50-minute consultation with one of our partners. Prior to your consultation, we ask that you complete and submit a brief questionnaire. We provide a secure and encrypted portal that allows you to upload and share any relevant documentation that relates to the topics you wish to cover during your consultation. We encourage you to include specific questions you’d like to discuss.
Following the consultation, we will prepare a proposal tailored to the specific needs and goals of your business. Our proposals provide a fixed price for a year of service. Each proposal includes up to three tiers of service to choose from, each with varying levels of involvement from our team. This transparency takes the guesswork and fear out of working with your advisor and eliminates any concern about being charged for every conversation. We believe it’s vital that our clients keep in touch with us which is why we always encourage an open line of communication.
