Medical cannabis was recently rescheduled to Schedule III, but the adult-use cannabis industry and the entire psychedelic industry remain Schedule I and therefore subject to Section 280E. We have methodologies to mitigate the impact of 280E, and can even process amendments to recapture lost deductions and claim refunds. 280E and IRS audit exposure are a result of federal scrutiny, and Calyx can work remotely with operators nationwide to meet multi-state filing needs.
